An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a yearly business meeting for the members of the organization to hold the organization accountable, review the developments of the past year, elect new officers and vote on new policies as needed. In addition to the meeting, we organize activities on a variety of topics that are educational, engaging and fun.
At our AGM
The President of the Board and the Executive Director provide reports outlining important happenings over the past year.
The Treasurer presents the auditor's report to let the membership know the fiscal status of the organization.
There is an election for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is a volunteer group of people who agree to meet regularly and make important decisions for LIFE.
To vote at our AGM, you must be a member of the organization.
- In the Company of Friends Employers and support network members are automatic members
- Others may become a member for a one-time fee of $10.00 (payable at least 7 days before the annual AGM date). To become a member, email info@icof-life.ca
Staff of ICOF Employers and LIFE staff are not eligible to vote.
